Well um, it was just a regular morning (Mhmm)
Rich was taking the girls to school, and Zac was playing in the habitat (Ahuh)
I was... painting our study, we were converting it, so Zac and the snake can have separate rooms (Mhmm)
I went out for a little bit... and when I came back... I didn't hear Zac... playing
And so I went up there and... we saw...
We were trying to be safe parents y'know we- (Right) we would never never let Zac by the pool unless he was... supervised by either one of us or the python
Yes I just keep thinking, "What if I had checked on them before I went out shopping and then to the movies."
We were gonna put a lock on the habitat... (Ahuh) I mean a door and then a lock (Right) on the habitat
We w- thought about, keeping the snake outside of the house, especially since... he ate our boston terrier
Even if I could go back I know there's nothing... I could have done differently
Maybe put a bell on the snake, it's been hard on all of us... and the snake (Sure)
Jaws is like a son to us and...
He misses Zac very much... you can see it in his eyes (Aww)
I-I just want to say to everyone watching
Just love your kids every day... because you never know when god is going to invite them up to Heaven through your snake

Meat. They're already dressed and cleaned
I butcher the babies when the babies reach 4-5 months old
Well that's good
See if you butcher the older ones like these guys then they're stewers
They're not friers (Mhmm)
And a lot of people like friers better than they do the stewers (Yeah that makes sense)
So I keep my own personal stock... and then when the babies get 4-5 months old and I have 15-20 babies, you gotta get rid of them some way
Yeah that's true I-
If you don't sell them as pets you gotta get rid of 'em as meat... these guys are all meat
You see they start... doing this to eachother (What's that?) peeing on each other and stuff like that when they get older
If you don't have uh 10 separate cages for 'em, then they start biting and the males will castrate the other males and they do... they chew their balls... right off...
Then you have a bloody mess
That's why you gotta... butcher 'em when they get a certain age or you're gonna have a... heck of a mess!
I'm on Social Security and you only uhh other income I have is my rabbits for groceries and bills and my dog I also raise doberman pinschers
'Cuz sometimes I only make 10-15 dollars a week but that's better than nothing we've been going buy 10-15 dollars worth a groceries
'Cuz you only get paid once a month by Social Security and... that... that's not very much!
